Rhianna is a Certified Yoga Teacher and a Promoter of
Health and Wellness.
Rhianna’s yoga classes focus on the balance between
Flexibility and Strength, using Breath, Alignment and
Intelligent Sequencing to create a Safe, Balanced and
Deep movement practice.
Rhianna teaches regularly scheduled Beginner,
Intermediate and Advanced classes at The Yorkville Club and Yoga Plus. |
