Breath Awareness and Expansion as well as Conscious Release and Relaxation calms the Nervous System, facilitates the management and reduction of Physical and Mental Stress and improves the ability to Concentrate.

Rhianna is a Certified Yoga Teacher and a Promoter of Health and Wellness.

Rhianna’s yoga classes focus on the balance between Flexibility and Strength, using Breath, Alignment and Intelligent Sequencing to create a Safe, Balanced and Deep movement practice.

Rhianna teaches regularly scheduled Beginner, Intermediate and Advanced classes at The Yorkville Club and Yoga Plus.

 

In addition to teaching Group classes, Rhianna teaches:
